HSW for engineers and technician employees
We invite you to undertake compulsory training in the field of occupational safety and health, organized in the form of self-directed education, in accordance with the Ordinance of the Minister of Economy and Labor of 27 July 2004 on compulsory OSH training (Journal of Laws of 2004, No. 180 , item 1860 with later amendments).
This training is designed for employees who deal with technical issues in the workplace, and in particular for:
- Production managers
Engineering and technical workers have a great influence on shaping working conditions, not only in their own workplace but also where the effects of their work are used (buildings, technical equipment,technologies and work organizing).
The training of engineering staff must be carried out at least once every 5 years, and the first periodic training must be conducted up to 12 months after starting work.
Participants, after paying a fee, have access to e-learning and training program for 30 days. The training ends with an examination to verify the learner’s knowledge and the ability to organize work in accordance with health and safety regulations.

After completing the training, taking the exam (max 3 attempts) and earining a minimum of 60% score during the examination, the participant will receive a certificate of completion of the training in the field of occupational safety and health, identical to that of the stationary training, valid throughout the country, honored by the National Labor Inspectorate and other bodies of state supervision of working conditions.
